In Invincible Season 2 we saw as Allen the Alien visited the Coalition of Planets to go and talk to their leader and tell them that on earth there actually IS one good viltrumite, before Allen is Ripped apart by 3 BAD viltrumites and placed in a healing chamber. Now eventually when Allen wakes up from his coma now stronger than ever, with Thaddeus telling Allen that their tests tell them that he’s very near, if not at the same level of an adult viltrumite right now, and with training he could even be STRONGEr than them. Allen sits there confused, wondering how they could have possibly gotten that information since they’ve never had a viltrumite to test on, and this is where Thaddeus theatrically rips off his fake beard leaving on only his trademark Viltrumite Moustache on his face, as he reveals to Allen that HE himself was one all alone. Thaddeus explains that he hid the truth from the coalition and allen because he thought he was an anomaly among his people and knew it would cost him their trust, however Thaddeus gives Allen the mission of returning to earth to go and get Mark Grayson and bring him to the Coalition, so the plot can finally start moving, at a rapid pace.
