In 1938, construction begins on a new State Office Building. The new, art deco-styled building serves as headquarters for Kentucky's transportation agency until 2004.
This video is one of a 13-part series, which chronicled Kentucky's transportation agency since it's inception in 1912.
The series was originally produced to commemorate the organization's Centennial, but was revised in 2018.
