Millions of users across the globe were impacted today as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 suffered a major outage — disrupting access to Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Xbox Live. From Starbucks and Heathrow Airport to Costco and Minecraft, critical systems went offline after an inadvertent configuration change in Microsoft’s Azure Front Door service.
