Hi guys I'm back after being away for 1000 years and I just want to say I really appreciate your guys' support and if it wasn't for the constant uplifting messages and non-stop support from everyone I wouldn't be here. I really appreciate all of you especially those that have taken the time to send me a personal message of encouragement!!!

This is a pretty typical workout that I came up with that I do on weekends. I was trying to find the absolute cheapest way to get a good workout and since my old sled workout with Jason I've looked at buying a prowler but they are like $800 and there's no way I was spending that much. So instead, for about $25 and a free tire I found you can get a pretty similar, really good workout this way and also get some funny looks from the neighbors... that is until they join you.
