Hurricane Matthew has lead to only the second ever issuance of an Extreme Wind Warning. Early in the morning of October 7th, 2016, a portion of Brevard County, FL was under an Extreme Wind Warning for the possibility of 100+ miles per hour. Check out this very rare event in this video.
