In a shaker tin, muddle together
1 oz Whey from Feta (or another salty, briny cheese; preferably from Wisconsin)
.25 Roasted Garlic Clove and a
Handful Fresh Oregano
1/3 Bar Spoon Nutritional Yeast
And a dropper of saline
Add in
2 oz Gin Mare
.75 oz White Crème de Cacao
.25 oz Amaro Montenegro and
.25 oz Lemon Juice
Cover and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Double strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with drops of sundried tomato oil and a sprig of oregano

Caramel Campari Sauce
In a Mixing glass, Combine
2 oz Caramel Sauce and
2 oz Campari
Bar spoon Xantham gum
Mix well to combine. Pour into a condiment bottle.

Hot Fudge Coffee Sauce
In a Mixing glass, Combine
2 oz Hot Fudge
2 oz Bitter Coffee Liqueur
Bar spoon Xantham gum
Mix well to combine. Pour into a condiment bottle.

Strawberry Cognac Sauce
In a mixing glass, Combine
2 oz Strawberry Sauce
2 oz Cognac
Bar spoon Xantham gum
Mix well to combine. Pour into a condiment bottle

Place all of the sauces in the refrigerator to chill

Scoop out your favorite ice cream into a bowl
Pour on sauces to your liking and
Garnish with Whip-In-A-Can, Marshmallows, and Moonshine Cherries
