I say all the time you don’t have to be a dedicated martial artist to learn some basic principles, techniques, escapes and some impactive striking to prepare yourself and feel confident for the things you may come out up against in life.
These videos are very short clips of courses and classes you could go to, to give yourself something to be ahead of the game.
I’m not even worried about self promoting here there are many good clubs all over and probably one near you, go and find what works for you.
You know what they say the first sign of insanity is doing the same thing every day and expecting something different. Take care out there.
