In this video, I share my own experience of early loss and what I have learned as a birth doula and hospice trainee about the invisible grief so many mothers carry.

💢 This is not a debate about right or wrong. It is a gentle, compassionate space to put words to what happened, to normalize your feelings, and to remind you that you do not have to carry this alone, especially during the holidays when the pain can feel even sharper.

You will hear about:
-- how early miscarriages and abortions can feel very similar in a mother’s heart
-- why your mix of grief, relief, guilt, anger or numbness is a very human response
-- how common hidden pregnancy loss and abortion really are
-- why you owe no one your story — and why telling one safe person might hurt less than you think
