Tonight I’m joined by my lovely friend Becca for a soft, sleepy bedtime facial designed to help her fully relax and unwind.
This treatment is all about gentle, nurturing care — using delicate, calming products to soothe the skin and ease the nervous system into a peaceful state. I take my time with slow, intentional movements, allowing Becca to truly settle into the experience and drift into deep relaxation.
To finish, I apply a beautiful retinol oil to nourish and support the skin overnight, followed by some gentle jade comb hair play to calm the scalp and add an extra layer of comfort.
This video is perfect for sleep, stress relief, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself.
