Ingredients:

urad dal 1 cup

for green chutney:

coriander leaves handful
Mint leaves half quantity of coriander
green chilly 1
garlic cloves 1
roasted gram dal 1 tbsp optional
Salt 1/2 tsp
lemon 1/2
cumin seeds 1/4 tsp

whisk thick curd with sugar as per ur taste

In warm water add
salt 2 tbsp Salt
coriander pwdr 1 tsp
cumin pwdr 1tsp
red chilli pwdr 1 tsp

special masala:

dry roast on low heat

red chilli pwdr 1 tsp
coriander pwdr 1 tsp
cumin pwdr 1 tsp

during assembly:

Black salt
Chaat masala
imli chutney
