In this video, I travelled by road from The Gambia to the nearest border town in Senegal - Casamance.
I will take you along with me at every step of the journey, from leaving the bustling and busy town Brikama, through some stunning street scenery that depicts daily lives in Africa, to the border and finally crossing to our destination.
One major lesson I did learn from the trip is having 'faith in humanity.' I met some amazing people along the way who willingly helped me navigate the process of border crossing and answered multiple questions I deemed necessary.
