📝 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

BASIC STRUCTURE:
• Subject + Verb + Object (like English!)
• MUST include subject pronoun (je, tu, il, elle)
• Unlike Spanish, verb endings aren't enough

ADJECTIVE PLACEMENT:
• BANGS adjectives BEFORE noun (grand, petit, bon, beau, nouveau)
• Most adjectives AFTER noun (rouge, bleu, français)
• Memory trick: Beauty, Age, Number, Goodness, Size = BEFORE

NEGATIVE SENTENCES:
• Ne...pas sandwich around verb
• Je ne parle pas allemand
• Spoken French often drops "ne" (but use both when learning!)

QUESTIONS (3 Ways):
• Rising intonation (Tu parles français?)
• Est-ce que (Est-ce que tu parles français?) - EASIEST!
• Inversion (Parlez-vous français?) - FORMAL

WORD ORDER:
• Object pronouns BEFORE verb (je la vois, je t'aime)
• Building longer sentences step-by-step
• Adding time, place, details

CONJUNCTIONS:
• Et (and), Ou (or), Mais (but)

TWO VERBS:
• First verb conjugated, second infinitive (je veux manger)
