Our basement floor drain recently started backing up. This is the same drain we use to drain our water softener. Without our water softener, our bathtub, sink, toilet and nails turns orange. So we attempt to unclog the basement drain using many different methods. We uncover the old metal septic tank. We have the septic tank pumped, but that did not help.. So we continued to dig for days searching for the drain tile and try to unclog it using a water jetter.
