HAPPY AUGTOBER!!

Описание: Happy Augtober youtube fan!! We are back with my Augtober series and I am beyond excited! IF you have been following me for a while, you already know fall/spooky season is my all time favorite! Its officially August which means Augtober series is officially back!

If any of you want the pumpkin protein bar recipes, here it is:
Recipes makes about 6 large bars or 12 small squares
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops of vanilla collagen powder
1/3 cup of flaxseed meal
3 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1/3 cup of nut butter - I used almond butter
2 tbsp of coconut oil
3 tbsp of honey - I used raw honey
Mix all ingredients until fully combined. Press mixture into a loaf pan with parchment paper
Top with white chocolate or some icing of your own - I made coconut cream icing :)
Freeze for at least 2-3 hours before cutting

Coconut cream icing:
1 can of coconut cream
1 tsp of vanilla bean paste
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Whisk all together until it gets to your desired consistency
