I took my FMS FJ40 on The River Trail another adventure following the river upstream through Dean Plantation . A fantastic spring morning it was a rare opportunity to navigate this unusual low water in the river . The FMS FJ40 proved once again this sub £400 truck is more than capable and performs exceptionally well and looks good too as one of the most scale trucks on the market . I would argue the best value scale truck there is !!!

FJ40 Adventure took my FMS FJ40 and a fellow Rc modeller and his RC4WD FJ40 on a 10km trail into the hills . An amazing adventure over a variety of terrain . The trucks performed fantastically with a incredible 30ft drop over a cliff by my FMS . Thanks to ferns all that was lost was a mirror .An early summer morning it was a rare opportunity to navigate this unusual location. The FMS FJ40 proved once again this sub £400 truck is more than capable and performs exceptionally well and looks good too as one of the most scale trucks on the market . The RC4WD FJ40 proved how good these kits are and realistic too. No expense spared with this £1300 build . I would argue both best value scale trucks in their own classes.
