Atleast not in the soundtrack album with the cover shown in the video. If it has a name, I can't find it myself. Maybe inside the game files, but I'm not cool enough to do that D: .
I heard this one in School Days HQ in the Earnest Feelings Requited ending, where Otome and Makoto end up together. More specifically, this sounds while they're doing...you-know-what.
It's the only place where I've heard it. Maybe it only sounds there? Who knows. Either ways, I'm putting it in the playlist, because it's still part of the visual novel's OST, despite not being part of the Original Sound Track album.
