My favorite personally is the elastic number 4 four because I can do it anywhere or even watch a movie. But the rice bucket is still very good.
With this movement, you really want to focus on spreading your thumb and Pinky to engage those muscles even more. Sometimes I'll even just focus on my thumb or Pinky by them self
