These are filled with Lucious pastry cream in three different flavours, Strawberries and cream, Pistachio, and Chocolate. Make these incredible desserts, and I guarantee they'll blow your mind.

Plain pastry cream:
250ml milk
30g sugar
20g cornstarch
2 egg yolks
40g butter

Strawberries and Cream filling (makes 19 samosas)
1 recipe of pastry cream + 1 tsp vanilla paste
250g fresh strawberries
50g sugar

Pistachio filling (makes 14 samosas)
1 recipe of pastry cream
100g pistachio paste
1/8 tsp cardamom
zest from 1/4 - 1/2 orange

Chocolate filling (makes 15 samosas)
1 recipe of pastry cream + 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
75g milk chocolate

1 pack of samosa wrappers (I recommend switz brand)
