Terror Plot Against Kochi Synagogue? Police Probe $2,000 Cryptocurrency Payment To Arson Accused

Описание: Kerala Police are investigating possible extremist links after 32-year-old Eldo Paul allegedly set fire to a plant nursery associated with the historic Kadaq2vumbagam Synagogue in Kochi. Investigators say messages recovered from his phone suggest he may have acted on instructions from an unidentified person he reportedly called his “Boss.”

Police are examining suspected financial transactions, possible cryptocurrency payments and whether someone abroad directed the attack. Paul is also suspected of involvement in an earlier arson incident, while drugs were reportedly recovered from his accommodation. Was the synagogue the intended target? Police say no terror motive or international conspiracy has been established so far.
