We are mowing and we experience the same problem each year - the zero turn mower warms up for a few minutes and then refuses to start. Sometimes you can wait an hour and sometimes you have to wait a couple of days. Needless to say, the it’s too heavy to push back to the shed. Eventually it would start.
What are the symptoms? it won’t even attempt to start after it’s warmed up!
Instead of using our handy dandy screw driver to jump the solenoid, today we install an override switch. Does it work? It sure does and only takes about 15 minutes to install.
