Описание: James Hazell was out on a ramble in Whitworth in mid January 2026. 5 dedicated ramblers set off from Healey Corner, walking through Healey Dell until they reached Whitworth which is just on the outskirts of Rochdale. Then they began to gradually ascend to the hilltops that overlook Whitworth which is situated in the Borough of Rossendale. The weather conditions were quite harsh that day as it was really wet underfoot, very misty with moderate rain showers. Visibility was impaired and distorted slightly but these 5 determined, keen, hardened ramblers didn't let that deter them. What they accomplished that day was self-fulfilment (at one with nature) and the gratifying feeling that they'd completed 6 miles giving them renewed vitality. It was a thoroughly enjoyable walk that was enjoyed by all.
