Las impresoras fabricadas con perfiles en V, suelen imprimir piezas con irregularidades/artefactos leves en la parte alta de Z de las piezas, esto se debe a que conforme subimos en Z, la pieza se acerca a su masa máxima, generándose entonces las máximas inercias por el movimiento de la cama y la pieza impresa a lo largo del eje Y, ... a más masa más inercia, ... a más inercia más vibración, vibraciones que se propagan a todo el cuadro, siendo más notables en Z, es decir en los dos perfiles V de aluminio verticales, que guían el recorrido del puente X que sujeta el extrusor. Aumentar la rigidez del cuadro ayuda a reducir estas irregularidades.

Busque diseños de barras estabilizadoras, encontré comerciales y otros libres en Thingiverse, pero todos adolecían de falta de rigidez por no estar bien anclados al cuadro.

El diseño que propongo de dos barras cumple los requisitos de rigidez para la mayoría de los propósitos de impresión, el de 4 barras aporta la mayor rigidez posible aunque se aumente de forma exigente la aceleración.

The proposed two-bar design meets the stiffness requirements for most printing purposes, the 4-bar design provides the highest possible stiffness even though acceleration is increased dramatically.
