On November 9th 2008, a DVDScreener of Open Season 2 was leaked online. The version of the movie present here is near complete and has several differences between it and the final movie seen on home media releases. For reference, the movie was 1st completed around August 2008 as it would then be released on September 24th 2008 in South Africa, and while the trailer for the movie was released on October 22nd 2008 (And also used the same incomplete cut featured in this screener), the finalized/polished version of the movie would release elsewhere after it's release in South Africa with the movie's direct to home media releases being printed around October 15th 2008 (Based on the North American Bluray),
