Join me for a dynamic, sweaty at home Pilates class with optional weights and ankle weights...No repeats! Each move is 45 seconds on with 15 seconds to rest. We will burn out our whole body in today's sweaty class. We will utilize a timer and I will talk you through each move and encourage you along the way. I would love to know what you think!
