General Officer Commanding-in-Chief #SouthernCommand, reviewed the operational readiness of #SudarshanChakraCorps and #ShahbaazDivision during #ExerciseMaruJwala being conducted in the Thar Desert under the #TriServices framework of #ExerciseTrishul.

The exercise was a validation of innovative Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (#TTPs) incorporating new generation equipment and indigenously produced drones and counter-drone systems. The exercise involved combat manoeuvres by all arms including mechanised and infantry columns, aviation assets of #TharRaptors and #IndianAirForce in realistic combat conditions in the Desert Sector.

The Army Commander interacted with participating troops and commended all ranks of #SudarshanChakraCorps and all participating formations and units of Southern Command, Airborne Forces and #IndianAirForce for their professionalism, agility & operational excellence.
