Hey folks, I’m Brian Miller. I travel the country as a corporate and private event magician and interactive speaker.

I wanted to let you know about an incredible opportunity that’s come my way.

Have you ever seen a TED talk? TED is an organization that seeks to change the world through “ideas worth spreading.” I’ve been watching them for a long time. In the past few years, TED talks have become something of a global standard for impassioned and inspiring speeches, with billions of views on YouTube.

I am so excited to announce that I’ve been invited to speak at a TEDx conference here in Connecticut.

When I first heard I was thrilled, of course, but I thought: what do I have to share that’s worthy of the opportunity?

And then I realized that if magicians do one thing well, it’s our ability to take on and understand different perspectives and view points. We do it to create illusions and connect with an audience through the experience of wonder.

I’m going to explain and demonstrate how magicians take on different perspectives.

But more importantly, I’m going to share with you how I learned to use this technique to drastically improve my relationships off stage, in my life outside of magic.

And you’re going to learn how to do the same, to make better, more meaningful connections with people, personally and professionally.
