Описание: At Seoni, we stopped at Manohar Chai.We met a person called Ram whom we had met at Seoni and we became good friends.He was extremely friendly, and his warm hospitality led us straight to his tea stall.He prepared tea in a traditional brass vessel and made a special jaggery tea for us using a premix. To my surprise, he even taught me his method of making the perfect tea no water at all, only milk.He first boiled the milk and then added the premix. Instantly, the colour changed to a beautiful shade of brown, and the aroma was absolutely amazing. When it was time to taste the tea, I honestly told him how much I loved it and I truly did.His stall starts as early as 4:30 a.m.The next day, as we were leaving Seoni, we made sure to stop by again to say goodbye to Ram and enjoy one last cup of tea at his stall.☕✨
