Item description:
The Ultimate Tensioner™ can be adjusted for Light, Medium or Heavy Yarn tension and then fine-tuned with the adjustable spring pressure tension knob.

The Ultimate Tensioner™ fits over the top of the Sentro style knitting machine's upper yarn guide without glue, without tools, and doesn't require a permanent mounting. Just unclip and remove the lower original Sentro tension bar with the three holes (it is no longer needed) then slip The Ultimate Tensioner™ over the top of the Sentro 40 or 48's upper pyramid shaped yarn guide, it’s that easy!

The Ultimate Tensioner™ can be easily taken apart and cleaned of any stray yarn fibers by unscrewing and removing the white tension adjustment knob. The springs and tension discs then will just slide off the main shaft, no tools needed!
