Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup boiling hot water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda + 3/4 tsp vinegar (combined separately)
Bake at 350F/ 175C for 25 to 30 min

Frosting ~ Chocolate Ganache:
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Microwave for 1.5 to 2 min on high, rest for 30 seconds and then whisk until smooth
