A very simple Spicy Mutton Curry. prepared quickly and great with ghee rice, pathiri, idiyappam, etc... You can add 1/2 a tomato if you like, although it may be cooked without tomato.

Mutton 1/2 kg
Shallots. 3/4 cup
Garlic 2 plus Tbsp
Ginger 2 Tbsp
Green chilli to taste
