Orca Encounter (Full Show) - SeaWorld Orlando - December 25, 2025

Описание: This Christmas nighttime showing of Orca Encounter was my first time recording a show without Katina, a 50-year-old orca who recently passed away at this park.
While it's sad to no longer see Katina here, it was good to see how big and strong the orcas that she's raised are now (two of which are her kids Nalani and Makaio)! See below for highlights:

0:18 Intro with Nalani and Malia, starting with Nalani's front flip and immediately asked for bows with an underwater tone!
0:55 Malia's center belly breach then she is toned for bows, isn't sure where to do them but comes up on the right side for 3 bows
1:50 Nalani's backdive! I can't believe this used to be in all shows but now you're lucky to see them
2:50 Nalani's breakspin! If you look closeup she pees at the end of it lol

4:47 Husbandry/Play with Trua and Makaio, starting with their pod swim
5:23 Trua and Makaio's TNT! This was actually a huge improvement because Makaio often does it slower than Trua's and I've only seen them asked together
6:00 Makaio's fluke present to demonstrate how orcas allow voluntary blood draws
