In this video I show how I use the NAVAC powered flaring tool to make clean, leak-free HVAC flares.
This is the exact process I use in the field:
• Cut to length
• Properly deburr
• Let the tool fully flare down and retract
• Apply Nylog to the back of the flare
I’ve been using this NAVAC flaring tool for over a year with zero leaks. Consistency is key, and being confident in every flare matters when you’re working in the field.
