Leon Trotsky, along with Lenin, was one of the main leaders of the Russian Revolution of 1917. He was also a prolific writer and Marxist theoretician whose writings are a treasure trove for socialists today looking to fight against the capitalist system.
But what is Trotskyism? What are the ideas that Trotsky developed and defended during his life and how can we apply them to the world today?
Fightback is a revolutionary organization fighting for the socialist transformation of society. We are the Canadian section of the International Marxist Tendency. We actively seek to educate workers and youth in the genuine ideas of Marxism, in order to fight back against capitalist attacks and austerity.
