Position: Civil Planning Engineer / Planning Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

📌 Requirements:



Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering



Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning & scheduling



Experience in modular buildings / pre-engineered buildings (PEB) / steel structures / construction projects



Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project



Knowledge of BOQ, resource planning, cost control, and project reporting



Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams



Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory



Good communication skills in English



💼 Responsibilities:



Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6



Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports



Plan and schedule fabrication, logistics, and installation of modular units



Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and track milestones



Identify project delays and implement recovery plans



Coordinate with site execution and engineering teams



Assist in client meetings and project documentation
