These are the two most common mobility limitations I see with golfers 👇
Lack of hip internal rotation, and t-spine rotation.. and this movement addresses BOTH
I coach my golfers to create a 90 degree angle with both legs, and sit on an elevated surface (like a yoga block, or pillow) if they are unable to sit upright 🧘♂️
