Nineteen-year-old Jose Gutierrez is facing multiple felony charges, including open murder, attempted murder, and battery with a deadly weapon, following a 12-car pile-up that resulted in two deaths and four injuries. The incident, which occurred in Clark County, may mark the first deaths primarily caused by reckless driving in nearly two years of recording reckless driving data, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
