It's been ages since I last posted. Work has been hectic so it has been hard to find the time to go through all the footage from Maydena in Feb this year.
I thought I would start with a top to bottom run. It was 3:45pm, our 5th run of the day and we had 15min to make the last shuttle for a 6th run! Fun times.
This was the first run I've done at Maydena without stopping at least once. Pretty brutal. I honestly don't know how people race EWS courses like Top of The World at max effort for 15mins!
Would be so cool to see a similar thing at Maydena, top to bottom EWS trail.
