A cover of Thin Lizzy's Emerald. Using the backing track from Guitarbackingtrack.com which, btw, is in concert tuning whereas Thin Lizzy's record is tuned down 1/2 step. The backing track also has the second guitar on the solos.
I'm using a Gibson Les Paul Standard 2001 and recording via the emulated output of a Blackstar ID:60 TVP-H directly into Logic Pro 9. I'm using the Blackstar FS10 footswitch to change settings for the solo.
Video was recorded with a NIkon D5100 and edited in Final Cut Pro X. The solos are partly improvised so are not perfect. Hope you enjoy it and thanks for watching. \m/
