How to Make Tabbouleh – The Best Way (I Think!) to Enjoy Parsley
【Ingredients】
Basic ingredients
1 bunch of parsley
About 10 cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons couscous (uncooked)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 pinches of salt
Optional additions I used this time
Italian parsley
Mint
Fennel
(Add as much as you like)
【Instructions】
Rinse the herbs and tomatoes, then pat them dry.
Remove the leaves from the parsley and mint stems, finely chop them, and place everything in a mixing bowl.
Quarter the tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Add 4 tablespoons of uncooked couscous.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add it to the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add about 2 pinches of salt.
Mix everything well and adjust the salt to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
