Описание: Introduction of Beston pyrolysis plant:
This is the overall layout of continuous pyrolysis plant for rubber, plastic, oil sludge, etc.;
The ball valves are closed or open on the different phase of the process;
Feeding is done by folklift or crane to drop raw material into hopper;
Beneath the hopper the auto screw feeder will push the material into the reactor;
Start the burner for preheating. Oil gas will be generated when temperature reach to 180℃;
The oil gas reach to manifold, manifold separate heavy residue from light oil gas;
Light oil gas arrive at Condenser. Condenser is conducted by water cooling;
The oil gas condense to liquid and reserve into the oil tank;
The non-condensable gas (syngas) travel to hydro-seal before returning to the furnace for burning;
The hot smoke from furnace come out of casing. Flue condenser is being established to cool down the smoke;
Two tanks of filters and water spray treatment will eliminate the sulfur content and dirt.
Water tank structure make sure the clean water circulation;
Once the process complete, open the valve for discharging while close the valve for condensing;
The auto dishcarger take out the carbon black from reactor. After cooling process the carbon is being reserved into the ash tank;
The surplus syngas goes to waste combustion chamber to be burned out;
Hot smoke go through de-dusting system before releasing.
