Hey dolls and gents! I've been requested several times to do an updated foundation routine; my last one was uploaded in November 2012. Unlike my other foundation routines, I wanted to include how I prepare the skin for makeup application. It's really important to follow the six steps I included in my mini skin care regimen portion: cleanse, exfoliate, tone, apply serum(s), moisturize, & apply eye cream. Each step is necessary for having a clean, smooth canvas for makeup application. No worries if your skin isn't in perfect condition after completing your skin care regimen; we all have flaws! I show y'all how to achieve a perfect complexion with my updated foundation routine as well! I hope y'all enjoy this video! My Updated Foundation Routine (same order as shown in video):
1. Apply liquid foundation. - MUFE HD Foundation (178) + Kat Von D Tattoo Foundation (D70)
2. Apply bright undereye concealer. - Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer in Deep
3. Apply yellow toned translucent setting powder underneath the eyes. - Bobbi Brown "Pale Yellow" Powder
4. Apply bronzer to hollows of cheeks. - Covergirl Queen "Ebony Bronze" Bronzer
5. Apply blush to apples of cheeks. - MAC "Ambering Rose" Blush
6. Apply powder to set foundation. - MAC MSFN in Deep Dark
7. Apply highlighter to the high points of cheekbones. - MAC "Soft & Gentle" MSF
