This program will offer a comprehensive look at skin health, pressure injury and other skin risks, how to prevent and treat wounds, and knowing when to seek medical assistance. Reagan Bratten is an ABC-certified Prosthetist/Orthotist at Scottish Rite for Children, specializing in pediatric orthotic and prosthetic care and serving on the Pediatric Spina Bifida Clinics team. She earned her Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in medical sculpture from The College of Wooster. She completed her residency at Oklahoma University Children’s Hospital, a high-volume Level I trauma center serving both pediatric and adult populations. Cassie received her Associate Degree in Nursing at Tarrant County College in 2008 and proceeded to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has worked in wound care since 2015, first at JPS Health Network as an inpatient WOC nurse, then 3 years at Texas Health Fort Worth in the Outpatient Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Center. She has maintained her Wound Care Certification since 2017 and became Hyperbaric Certified in 2024. She now directs the Wound Care program at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
