Note: There are some game crashing game bugs and incomplete parts of the game that prevents certain battles/events from taking place, such as, the battle against the Fighting Dojo master can't be done as talking to him freezes Pikachu in place and if you interact with Pikachu, it locks the game. Also, it seems the Moltres event in Victory Road is locked. Admittedly, didn't try everything to unlock it, so it is just an fair assessment.
