✍️ Ingredients :-
Chickpeas :- 1 cup (overnight soaked in water)
Fresh thick curd :- 500 grams
Ghee :- 3 to 4 tbsp
Fennel seeds :- 1 tbsp
Cinnamon :- small piece
Green cardamom :- 2
Cloves :- 3 to 4
Black pepper :- 8 to 10
Star anise :- 1
Nut meg :- very small piece
Mace :- small piece
Black cardamom :- 2
Whole garam masala mix :- half teaspoon
Garam masala :- half teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder :- 1 teaspoon
Desiccated coconut :- 1 tbsp
dried coconut :- finely sliced
Bay leaf :- 1
Dry red chilli :- 1( as per taste )
Turmeric :- half teaspoon
Salt to taste
