This piece started as a rough walnut root - irregular, wild, and full of character.
Instead of fighting its natural form, I followed the grain and let the wood decide the final shape.
Every cut revealed more texture, more movement, more life.
After carving and careful sanding, I finished it with a professional food-safe oil to bring out the depth of the walnut.
