I’m very pleased to welcome the amazing IFBB Pro women’s bodybuilder Kyna Squarey to the podcast! Kyna just recently competed at the Vancouver Island Showdown, where she placed 3rd against a very tough lineup. The FBBC guys say she was the most conditioned bodybuilder at the show, and I agree! She looked fantastic. In 2024, Kyna competed at 4 shows and looked great at all of them - Tampa, Chicago, Toronto and Atlanta. Kyna lives in Newfoundland in Canada, and is a neurologist, which is super impressive. Stay tuned to find out more about this amazing woman and where she will compete next.
