⚠️ The reasons I stopped:

1️⃣ Pricing structure – It’s only mentioned once when you sign up, but after that there’s no breakdown, no reminders, and no clear schedule. You don’t know what each month will cost until the money has already left your account. For something this expensive, that doesn’t feel transparent or fair.

2️⃣ Quality vs price – For a premium-priced kit, I expected better finishing. Some of the plastics just don’t feel as polished as they should for the cost of this subscription.

💡 Customer service experience:
To be fair, Fanhome’s customer service was excellent. Even though there’s technically a 28-day notice period, they agreed to refund my next shipment. They also offered to pause deliveries for 3 months or let me pick up where I left off in the future. They even asked for my feedback, which I’ll gladly give. I was genuinely impressed with their attitude.
