1. Seated or standing
2. Sit at the back of the chair if you need extra support
3. Take one heel out at the time in front of you, then back flat on the floor
4. To increase the intensity, hold weights and bring them up to your shoulder
and back down
5. If you are standing, keep your posture tall
6. Carry out the same action as before, by taking your heel out one at a time
7. Add in the arm exercise to increase the intensity
8. Keep your core strong
9. Carry on for a minute, then build on it
