Instead of calling out problems so they can be fixed faster, they respond with:

“Don’t worry about it”

“Things will get better”

The reality is simple: Lost Ark will not improve if its problems are constantly minimized.
Silence and false optimism do not help new players, returning players, or free-to-play players.

What makes this worse is that some Lost Ark creators disappear when the game is struggling, avoid addressing major issues, and then return once things improve—acting as if the problems never existed.

This video is not a personal attack.
It’s a necessary conversation about honesty, accountability, and the future of Lost Ark.

If we want Lost Ark to survive and grow, the community needs to stop minimizing problems and start being truthful—whether the game is doing well or not.
