Yesterday I felt extremely sad and disturbed… but I couldn’t understand the exact reason. Everything was normal, there was no major problem — yet there was a heaviness inside me.
Maybe this is how healing works sometimes. Emotions come to the surface without a clear reason. I’m just trying to observe it now… not react.
Some days I feel progress. Some days I suddenly feel low.
Maybe this is also part of the journey.
